Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FeedPilot's Chrome extension for social media marketing automation ("Service"), you accept and agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by Hong Kong law and subject to Hong Kong court jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

FeedPilot provides AI-powered social media marketing tools including:

  • AI-generated comments and replies
  • AI-powered post creation and content generation
  • Keyword search and monitoring across social platforms
  • Social media engagement automation
  • Marketing analytics and insights

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Registration:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain account security and confidentiality
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • One account per user; account sharing is prohibited

Acceptable Use:

  • Use the Service only for legitimate marketing purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and social media platform terms
  • Respect intellectual property rights and content policies
  • Do not use for spam, harassment, or deceptive practices
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform

4. AI Tools and Limitations

AI Accuracy Disclaimer:

Our AI tools assist with social media marketing but are not infallible. Users should:

  • Review and approve all AI-generated content before posting
  • Use professional judgment in marketing decisions
  • Understand that AI suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees
  • Report inaccuracies or concerns to our support team

Prohibited Uses:

  • Generating harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • Violating social media platform terms of service
  • Attempting to manipulate or abuse AI algorithms
  • Using the service for illegal or unethical purposes

5. Intellectual Property

  • FeedPilot retains all rights to the platform, software, and AI algorithms
  • Users retain ownership of their original content
  • Users grant us limited rights to process content for service provision
  • We may use anonymized data for research and platform improvement

6. Payment and Subscription Terms

Billing:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Payment processed through Stripe or other authorized providers
  • Taxes may apply based on your location

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • After 7 days, refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis

Pricing Tiers:

  • Free Plan: Limited credits and features
  • Pro Plan ($9.9/month): Enhanced credits and features
  • Premium Plan ($19.9/month): Maximum credits and advanced features

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Users are responsible for their own marketing decisions and outcomes
  • We do not warrant error-free operation or specific marketing results
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms against your accounts

9. Social Media Platform Compliance

Users must comply with all terms of service of social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Reddit, etc.). FeedPilot is not responsible for account suspensions or restrictions imposed by these platforms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • Users may terminate by canceling their subscription
  • We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms
  • We may terminate with 30 days' notice for business reasons
  • Upon termination, data will be handled per our Privacy Policy

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) rules. Arbitration will be conducted in English in Hong Kong under Hong Kong law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
